Rude check in told i should have not used expedia, if you used expedia pay extra for a view forget it I was told i used expedia and i didn't see the small print they do not have to give ne the upgrade room Complained and was told i can sit around a few hours and maybe have it or take what they have when i got to the room the ceiling was cement with chalk marks on it still being worked upon my check out i was told they are redoing some of the rooms sorry then i told him my check in issue they said oh well sorry to here that heres your bill also told the i had to wait to find the valet the day before for over 1 1/2 hours and came down here to find him radio but had to wait i was late for my meeting seemed to care less never offer anything to solve just said sorry here you bill terrible hotel do not stay here, don't use expedia they treat you like your 2nd class.
